Submit Defect Form
Please use this page to submit a defect with our product. If you are not reporting a defect, but have a general question or support issue, please use the support request form.
Note, we are in the process of revising our online form system to utilize our new WebPass login mechanism. This will be available shortly.
In the meantime, please send an email to support including the following information:
- Your operating system
- The Java runtime vendor and version
- The exact name of the ObjectDomain installation file
(e.g. odr3-b274-sun141.exe) - A description of the defect
- Steps to reproduce
- Your ObjectDomain configuration file (domain.cfg) as an attachment
- Any other relevant or helpful attachments
(e.g. *.odm model file, source code if reverse engineering, etc.)
