Customization Delivery Process

To ensure we understand customer needs and provide the best possibly solution, the Object Domain customization team follows a defined and repeatable process to deliver our Application Customization services. Below is an outline of the process.

Initial Evaluation & Requirements Analysis

An Object Domain Customization Specialist assesses the desired features, formulates possible solutions, and creates a timeline for the project. During this phase, project requirements and completion criteria are clearly defined and a quote is delivered to the customer.

Design and Architecture

The Customization Specialist then determines a design and architecture that will best meet the requirements and creates an implementation roadmap with defined milestones. The Specialist continues to work closely with the customer to ensure the requirements were accurately captured during evaluation and analysis phase and incorporates any necessary adjustments. If relevant, the design documentation is delivered to the customer.

Implementation & Milestone Delivery

Our Customization Team then implements the custom solution using the design and archicture created in the previous phase. An interative development cycle is carried out with incremental deliveries provided to the customer based on the defined milestones. This approach ensures we are building a solution that fully meets the customer's needs.

Final Delivery

The Customization Team then delivers the completed project, including the necessary executables, installation process, source scripts, design documentation,and user documentation. Upon delivery, the Specialist will work with you to verify that the end-product fully satisfies your requirements.
