Priority Support plus Maintenance product
Requirements:  
  • The company establishes a single liaison and backup liaison for the group. All support requests must be routed through one of these two individuals.
  • The liaison individuals are responsible for answering all support questions they are able to answer using Object Domain support only for those issues they are unable to resolve.
  • The liaison and the backup liaison must be regular users of ObjectDomain, understand the functionality of the application, and be willing to disseminate their knowledge to other users of the group. A secretary, manager, or other non-user does not meet this criteria.
  • The company has purchased 5 or more licenses
